No Returns
We do not accept returns. However, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.
Exchange Policy
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item due to an error on our part, we will happily arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
To qualify for an exchange:
• You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order

Important: Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth and transparent exchange process, LIL TOTS requires a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video for all claims related to:
• Missing items
• Damaged products
Video Guidelines:
• The video must clearly show the package in its original, unopened condition
• The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or edits
• The product and packaging must remain clearly visible throughout
⚠️ Please note: Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process exchange requests for these issues.
